We want you to enjoy staying in our huts, and to help you and future parties to have the best experience possible, please note the following conditions:
Bookings and Deposits
Bookings cannot be accepted by persons under the age of 18.
A deposit of 20% of the total value of the holiday must accompany the booking request. This is non-refundable unless the owners are unable to accept the booking.
The booking will confirmed when the deposit has been received.
The guest making the booking is responsible for the full balance of the cost of the holiday. This shall be paid not later than 4 weeks before the holiday booking is due to commence.
Short Notice Bookings
Bookings made 4 weeks or less before the holiday is due to commence must be paid in full at the time of booking.
In the event of a cancellation less than 4 weeks before the holiday is due to commence, the guest making the booking will be responsible for the full balance of the holiday. However, if the property is re-let in full, a refund less the non-refundable deposit will be given.
In the event of the property becoming unavailable (such as due to fire, flooding, etc.) the owners will endeavour to provide guests with suitable alternative accommodation or a full refund of all monies paid. The owners cannot however accept any responsibility for payment of compensation or expenses as a consequence of such an event.
The owners recommend that guests take out appropriate holiday insurance.
Damages / Breakages
The guest is required to inform the owners promptly of any damages or breakages occurring during their stay, so that items can be repaired or replaced in time for the next guest.
The guest will be responsible for reimbursing the owners for any repair, replacement or extra cleaning costs where reasonably demanded by the owners for any damage caused by the guest(s).
The owners make every effort to ensure that the property details are accurate, but changes may occur from time to time.
Dogs / Pets
The huts are located on a working sheep and cattle farm therefore the owners are sorry, but dogs are not allowed.
By making a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read and accepted the above terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
